Cannot recommend Susie at Ear Clear Nurses in Thornton highly enough! I went in completely deaf in my left ear due to severe wax blockage. Susie was fantastic—she restored my hearing in my left ear, cleared out my right, and even had me back for a free follow-up check the next week to get the last bit out. My ears are completely clear and the difference in my hearing is night and day. Susie and her receptionist are so welcoming and professional. Absolute 5-star service!

I had an appointment with susie at the cleveleys Ear clear clinic today. All i can say is "Fantastic ".I can finally hear after years of my ears being blocked! I was very nervous. Explained this to susie- susie talked me throught every step. This lady was so understanding and compassionate! Absolutely recomend her! Thankyou susie.

Absolutely brilliant using perseverance and a mixture of techniques to clear a stubborn piece of wax. A nice person to chat with too.

I paid over £2K hearing for aids from Boots 4 years ago but still my hearing was deteriorating to the point I lost all response in my left ear which really scared me.

My wife suggested finding a place to clear my ears from congestion and whilst I drove there with a heavy heart, Susie was amazing from the moment I walked in, we chatted, the procedure was completely painless and I can’t describe the relief it gave me when leaving 20 minutes later I had the best hearing I’ve had in years!
